About a month ago, We discovered a blogger on instagram with 100,000 and a little over likes. Now this is no surprise, however what was surprising was he had only 9 pictures in the space of a few days. We fell back on the assumption that maybe hes very popular on another social media platform that drove his fans to his IG. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case as his following was low.

We then assumed maybe he has a very active website with a lot of traffic, so we checked the stats and that was even less impressive. So low it wasn’t recognized on websiteoutlook.com. It became obvious he had bought his following.

We assumed it was like facebook where one could easily buy likes through some dodgy third party hackers. To our surprise that is not the case, and through various sources we were eventually enlightened on how you unpopular celebrities randomly become popular as shared below.

Instagram hasn’t got as many loop holes as facebook to entertain hackers and false accounts, everything is right there for you to see, so are the followers real, yes! Are the likes real? Yes, so fair game right….No! You see here is how it works.

You have a few youngsters who have a lot of time to waste. They would usually create a facebook page either emulating some sort of celebrity, or even better a porn star, or a page that features a lot of half naked women.
