For the past 7 years, Ghana’s Most Influential Award has been a Global Media Alliance Broadcasting Company initiative that seeks to appreciate the people of Ghana who had positively impacted their communities and the nation as a whole towards the development of society.

Speaking on e. TV Ghana’s Late Night Celebrity Show, Fati Shaibu – Ali, Coordinator for Ghana’s Most Influential Awards, encouraged Ghanaians to participate massively in nominating selfless people who have changed lives in their various fields of work.
She said “Nomination ends on the 28th February so kindly visit Happyghana.com, yfmghana.com and etvghana.com or offices to nominate Ghanaians that you know have impacted positively,”
The award scheme seeks to appreciate people who have touched and improved lives positively in the country or within their community.
She added “We have realized that Ghanaians over the years in their own way, have contributed positively to society hence we seek to appreciate them for their quota to development of the community and nation.”
Fati explained that the scheme can be trusted to be authentic auditors thoroughly scrutinize the nominations received.
“We have an auditing firm that comes to our aid who will not even smuggle President Nana Akofo Addo if he does not receive a nomination. The auditors make sure it is very very transparent,” she said
She disclosed that Award winners will be unveiled in order only on the day of the event 29th of June, 2018 .
“For the sake of event and suspense, we will announce the top hundred in order in which they fall only on the day of the event which is on the 29th of June, 2018,” she stated.
